Sustainable Energy Services have commenced installation works on a building site in Wrexham, Wales. We are appointed to install 20 number in-roof solar arrays on new-build domestic houses.

We have commenced works on the first 4 houses and have already been receiving compliments from the roofing contractor on the quality of the installation and level of water protection detail.

Each property is being equipped with 1.5kwp of solar to work alongside the ASHP system.

The mounting system we have chosen for these properties is the GSE in-roof trays along with associated top / side fixed flashing.

We are currently managing 2no installs per day and are working closely with the main contractor to ensure that we carry out the installations in-line with their programme requirements.

Each new-build property will be handed over to the Wales & West council and each house will achieve an ‘A’ rated EPC score.
